How do I become a customer?
To become a customer, simply fill out the corresponding form during checkout, or go to the “Create an Account” tab. You must have a valid email address.
How do I access my customer account?
Enter your email address and password in the “Log In” tab. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password,” enter your email address, and your password will be sent to it. A valid email address is required.
To have a customer account, you must have previously registered or made a first purchase on the site.
What types of tickets can I buy online?
On the Parc des Oiseaux online ticketing system, you can purchase:
* “Season” tickets for Parc des Oiseaux, valid on any day within the validity period indicated on the ticket.
* “Dated” tickets for Parc des Oiseaux, valid on the date indicated on the ticket.
* Exchange vouchers to obtain your “Annual Pass”: the ticket is valid only once, so it is essential to collect your Annual Pass on the day of your first visit.
* Guided tours or workshops (note: some activities require the purchase of a park entrance ticket).
It is not possible to reserve the bird flight show through our online ticketing system.
My promo code isn’t working. What should I do?
Check if the code is on a cut-out coupon: in this case, the original coupon must be presented at the park entrance under the conditions indicated (except for offers valid exclusively online). For example, a free child ticket with a paid adult ticket: the coupon must be presented along with the purchased adult ticket. In any other case, contact us at info@parcdesoiseaux.com.
How do I get my tickets?
You have three options to receive your tickets:
By clicking the “Tickets” button after your purchase.
By opening the attachment in the email you receive automatically after your order.
By logging into your customer account: you can access your order history and print the corresponding tickets.
A purchase confirmation does not constitute an entry ticket.
What if I couldn’t print my tickets?
If you cannot print your tickets, present yourself at the park ticket office with all information related to your customer account and purchase (name, postal address, email, date of purchase).
You can also present your tickets in PDF format on your smartphone.
The ticket is in my name, but I wanted to give it as a gift. What should I do?
The tickets show the buyer’s name. This does not prevent a third party from using them. The first person presenting the ticket at the park entrance will be considered the legitimate bearer.
What if I chose the wrong type of ticket?
We cannot modify your order, and tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, as an exception, the park may consider your request, subject to approval. Requests can be made by email at info@parcdesoiseaux.com.
An error occurred during my booking. How do I know if my order was processed?
Do not place a second order!
Two emails are always sent to the provided email address: one confirming payment and the other confirming your order.
